J.D. Madrid Construction was established by JESUSEÑO (JESS) D. MADRID, (CE) in furtherance of his profession after having gained adequate experience and expertise to run his own construction firm. Engr. Madrid has started as Sales Engineer in PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, INC, one of the premier companies in the roofing industry. Then, he worked for a year under a large international construction company, ECCO ASIA. In preparation to put up his own business, Engr. Madrid became a co-owner of METASERV Trading and General Merchandise, a company that retails long span roofing and its attachment accessories. He worked on this company as the operations manager for almost 2 years.
After long years in the construction business, Engr. Madrid has gained a chain of contacts and attachments to large construction companies and prominent individuals at his locality. He began in the construction business as sub-contractor of WM Construction Company, CAP building Contractor on structural steel works, roofing, steel framing light panel installation and others.
With many years of estimating, project management, construction supervision and hands on experience. Engr. Madrid knew how to build a firm and solid foundation for his company. He understands completely the intricacies and expertise required to complete a superior project, but completing those projects through working as a team with the owner, architect, engineers, local building officials, suppliers and subcontractors.
Customer service with a position of fairness is sometimes a rarity in todays busy world. Its a priority with J.D. MADRID CONSTRUCTION.
Our repertoire consists of both residential and commercial projects, including but not limited to tenant finish, new construction, remodel, historic restoration, fire restoration and general repairs. We specialize in projects with challenges.
